This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this version and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.
Miss Gallery (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use missgalleryy.com (the “Site”), why, and what your rights are. It was written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, as amended by Amendment 13, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777–2017.
1. Who is responsible for the information
The database controller is Miss Design (מיס עיצובים), which operates Miss Gallery, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) no. 315997031, 36 Beit Eshel St., Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel. For privacy inquiries: [email protected] or WhatsApp +972-50-770-9800.
2. What information we collect
- The Site itself does not store the details you fill in. Submitting a form opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message, and your inquiry reaches us only as a WhatsApp message.
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address and the content of your inquiry, when you fill in the contact or rental form, or contact us on WhatsApp or by email (including accessibility reports). You are not required by law to provide this information, but without it we cannot get back to you.
- Aggregate technical information: anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, browser type, country) collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you, and only if you agreed to it in the cookie notice.
- Settings stored only on your device: your choice in the cookie notice and your accessibility settings are stored in your browser and are not sent to us.
3. How we use the information
- To reply to your inquiry, give you a quote, and arrange a visit, delivery or rental.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have expressly agreed to receive them, in accordance with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with providers that help us run the Site and provide our service, and only as much as needed:
- Cloudflare: hosting and securing the Site, and anonymous visit statistics, only if you agreed to them in the cookie notice.
- Sanity: storing and serving the gallery images. When you view an image, your browser loads it from Sanity’s servers, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
- Google (Gmail): when you email us, your message is stored in our mailbox.
- Meta (WhatsApp): when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Delivery companies, to deliver a piece you bought or rented.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Some providers store information outside Israel. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad).
5. How long we keep information
Inquiries are kept in the WhatsApp conversation on the business’s device. We keep them for as long as they are needed for the purpose for which they were provided, and for no more than 24 months after your last inquiry, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. Information security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to conversations is limited to the business owners. No system is completely secure, and we work to reduce risks.
7. Your rights
- Access the information we hold about you (Section 13 of the Law).
- Delete your inquiry at any time, for any reason.
- Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (Section 14 of the Law).
- Unsubscribe from any mailing list at any time.
To make a request, write to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Minors
The Site is intended for the general public and is not directed at children. We do not ask for your age, so we do not know the age of the people who contact us. If a parent asks us to delete their child’s inquiry, we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
