Welcome to the Miss Gallery website. Your use of the Site is subject to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is a showcase and catalog. No sales or payments are made on it. Showing a piece on the Site is not an offer to sell, and any purchase or rental is made only after arranging it directly with us, in the shop or in writing.

2. Pieces, photos and availability

Most pieces are handmade from natural materials. The color, texture, wood grain and dimensions of a piece may differ from its photo, and this is part of its character.
Dimensions shown on the Site are approximate. We recommend confirming them with us before you buy.
Availability is updated from time to time. A piece shown on the Site may be sold in the shop before the Site is updated.
Vintage pieces, used pieces and pieces made from reclaimed materials may show signs of use, light scratches or cosmetic flaws. We are happy to describe the condition of any piece and send more photos before you buy.
Prices we give you include VAT, unless we expressly say otherwise.

3. Buying in the shop, exchanges and returns

Purchases in the shop are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Rules on Return of Goods or Cancellation of Transactions Policy), 5771–2010. As a rule, you may contact us to exchange or return a piece within 14 days of purchase, with an invoice or receipt, provided the piece is in its original condition, undamaged and unaltered. The full policy is displayed in the shop and provided at the time of purchase. The exceptions set by law, including goods made specially for the customer, also apply.

4. Rentals

Rentals are subject to a separate agreement signed with you, which sets out the price, rental period, deposit and cancellation terms.

5. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Israel, for a fee and by prior arrangement. The delivery cost and date are given before the order is placed. We recommend checking the piece on delivery and telling us about any damage caused in transit as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including photos, text, the logo and the design, belongs to Miss Gallery or to its respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without written permission. Sharing a link to a page on the Site is allowed.

7. Links to other sites

The Site includes links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Waze and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these services.

8. Liability

We make an effort to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for damage caused by the use of information on the Site.

Any warranty on a purchased piece does not cover damage caused by unreasonable use, by exposure to conditions unsuitable for the piece (for example humidity, direct sun or rain for a piece not intended for outdoor use), or by improper maintenance. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the law.

9. Prohibited use

You may not do anything on the Site that could harm its operation, including automated collection of content, attempts to break in, or sending offensive content through the Site’s forms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one shown on the Site, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this page. A change to the terms does not apply to a transaction that was already agreed before the update.
